RECOMMENDATIONS: INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR FLYERS AND MEDIA INCLUDES: Who, What, Where, When, Contact Info for Publication ( Phone Number and Email address), Contact Info for Media (Phone Number and email address), Admission Prices, Venue and its physical address including zip code. Providing directions will encourage more to come. Additional Information may be included: Website Addresses and/or Email addresses for venue, group, artist, bios, photos, program, information about composers or instruments, etc. MEDIA INFORMATION can be submitted in the body of the email or as an attachment. Some media contacts require a notice of 3 weeks or more and most require a minimum of two weeks. The earlier the press release is sent the better chance at having it published. FLYERS can be submitted in .jpg, MSWord or .pdf format, as an attachment. 600 pixels wide. LOGOS and PHOTOS for the calendar page can be submitted in .jpg, MSWord or .pdf format as an attachment. 200 pixels wide. Organiste cannot be responsible for how or if the information/flyers are received on individual computers due to their individual settings/setups and servers. Media notification to media contacts does not guarantee publication since it is their choice what to publish.
