“D” Another Day: Trinity’s Director of Music continues his romp through the alphabet with a multi-keyboard (organ, harpsichord, and piano) program of music by Pierre DuMage, Claude Debussy, Jan Dussek, and Maurice Drufle.
With a Doctor of Musical Arts in Organ Performance from the University of Kansas, Dr. Horton holds a Master of Music in Organ from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in East Asian Studies from Cornell University. He was a Fulbright Scholar in Advanced Study in Performance and Organology at the Conservatoire National de Region in Toulouse, France. In the past, he served as the Director of Keyboard Studies at Dordt College, the Director of Music at Saint Mark’s Episcopal Church in Evanston, IL, and was the Interim Chapel Organist for Duke Divinity School. He has served Holy Trinity Lutheran Church since September 2014.

We invite music lovers to join us for a unique experience. Keyboardist and Musicologist Dr. Lajos Zeke will be discussing and performing J.B. Bach's Die Kunst der Fuge, BWV 1080 (The Art of the Fugue). This special CMN event will consist of two 2-hour lectures during a two-day period and will culminate with a full performance of J.S.
