The "Organiste Artist Listings" were created to provide artists, performing groups and musicians innovative alternative opportunities to increase their exposure to presenters, to those interested in the arts and to the community in general.
Individual listings are supported by a 3-page eye-catching site about the artist on Organiste.net with photos, biography, recordings, reviews and contact information.

This new page contains information from your media release. This information is also distributed through FACEBOOK.
Since 2001, Organiste has maintained GROWING LISTS OF INDIVIDUALS and MEDIA CONTACTS who are interested in music and the arts. The Organiste lists are continually expanding and presently reach more than 15,000 individuals in SE FL, the state of Florida, nationally, and internationally. Organiste maintains several lists of individuals profiled by geographical areas, music genres, and audience taste (such as jazz and children's events.) Subscribers choose from these lists to receive information according to their preferred geographical area and taste. Dedicated eblasts are sent to the lists appropriate to their event, thus matching interested subscribers to each event.

The Organiste Artist/Musician Listings were created to provide artists, performing groups and musicians innovative alternative opportunities to increase their exposure to presenters, to those interested in the arts and to the community in general. To view a sample listing, click on www.organiste.net/artist-listing. Then click on one of the artists for a sample.

Individual listings are supported by a 3-page eye-catching site about the artist on Organiste.net with photos, biography, recordings, reviews and contact information. The artist will submit the information to Organiste according to the specifications and Organiste will assemble this information into a 3-page site, which will be approved by the artist. A one-time setup fee of $150 includes the first year's listing on the website. After that, listings are automatically renewable and a $50 annual renewal fee will be charged. All website maintenance and updating by the webmaster will be $50 per hour. Artists may cancel the listing with a 15-day written notice (email) to Organiste@Organiste.net. Organiste will remove the listing within 15 days of receipt of this notice.

"The Organiste Artist Listing" will be advertised in various epublications and websites. When a new listing is opened, a one-time Organiste eblast (created by and about the artist or group) will be sent to the appropriate Organiste lists. The artist or group may choose to be featured as the 'artist of the month' for $50 per month. This feature is a photo and brief listing on the front page of the Artist Listing. Included also is a side banner ad on the front page of the website and What's Happening.

All artists and listings will be approved by a 3-person committee chosen by Organiste LLC. These public listings are informational and contain contact information so that all contact, communications and arrangements can be made directly between artist/performing group and interested parties. The Organiste Artist Listing does not provide representation or recommendation of any of the artists/groups.

    180px wide with a maximum of 450px long.

  • Event Flyer Info:

    Neccesary:
    Who, What, Where, When, Contact info, Links, Ticket info, Physical Address with zip code, plus additional information

    Suggested:
    Program, bios, links to artists' websites, YouTube links. Additional text and "Looking Ahead" future events at the bottom.

  • Event Flyer Size:

    Website Calendar:
    - Event Flyers: 600px width with a maximum of 1200px height (1x2 proportion).
    - Season Schedule Flyers: 600px width with a maximum of 1500px (2x3 proportion).

    Eblast:
    - 800px width with a maximum of 1600px height (1x2 proportion).

    You don't need to resize your flyers. As long as they fall within these proportions we take care of the rest. Also, for your convenience, you can always send your flyers to us for a free size checking. According to experience, there are excellent chances for your flyer to fall within the given proportions.

    Note: Flyer/banners that are too tall compared to its width increase the chances of a incorrect display in some internet browsers and email clients turning viewers away, and you don't want that! Neither do we!

  • Event Flyer Format:

    For your convenience, we accept flyers in the most popular formats such as JPG, GIF, PDF, PNG, BMP, etc.

  • Event Flyer Deadline:

    Please submit flyer as an attachment two weeks or more before the event. Recommended sending of eblasts is 7-10 days ahead of the event.

  • "Whats Happening" Deadline: (Weekly Newsletter)

    Deadline for inclusion: Wednesday 6 p.m. (Whats Happening is sent every Friday around 5:00 AM)

  • Text Media Notifications:

    Media notifications should contain the same info in text form. Press and calendars prefer text. Who, What, Where, When, Ticket info, Contact info for public and for press. Include additional information (See No. II).
    Deadline for submission: two and one-half weeks before the event. Press prefers to receive info 2-3 weeks ahead of the event.
    Send photo as attachment.

  • Artist Listing Submittal Specifications:

    1. Four photos for the listing front cover of at least 900px width for 400px height
    2. Reviews Two-sentence reviews with citations
    3. 2 audio recordings (mp3 or wma formats) and 1 video (mpg or flv formats).
    4. Schedule of upcoming concerts: date and location
    5. Bio up to 2000 characters
    6. Contact information
