Today, Ms. Gilbert is often heard playing saxophones, clarinets, flute and piccolo - and sometimes keyboard - in many a regional theatrical production including “Sweeney Todd” (Slow Burn Theater) and the Carbonell award winning productions of  “Assassins” (Zoetic Stage) and “In the Heights” (Actors’ Playhouse).

Andrea Gilbert also partners with organist Mark Jones in “Classical Sax”, a duo of classical saxophone and organ music which entertainingly informs the audience about the saxophone family and demonstrates the beauty and versatility of the instrument.
